VOLGAillustration | Fashion Illustrator
Volga grew up in a family of artists and has been drawing since she was young. She graduated from the Art College of Bobruisk as a skilled wood artist, painting nesting dolls and ornamental boxes. From 2003-2008, she attended the Belarusian State University of Culture and Art, where she completed her education and graduated with a strong desire to finally pursue a thriving career. Through her growth, Volga’s passions have extended outwardly to those just getting started on their art journey. In addition to filming tutorials of her drawing process on YouTube, she also offers mini lessons and fashion sketch templates on her Patreon account.
As an artist with over 15 years of professional experience, Volga lives and breathes art, fashion, and illustration. Within the past 3 years, she has embraced her adoration of digital painting and has shown her audience how far her talents stretch. She was happy to tell us, “digital art has expanded the geography of my contacts - I can show my work to the whole world, work remotely, and collaborate with people from all over the globe.” Driven by her newfound dedication, Volga has been inspired to achieve many exciting accomplishments in 2021. These include:
Becoming a finalist in the competition "New Names 2021"
Working with designers and brands from South Africa, America, and Belarus
Becoming a published illustrator in the magazines: "ASH" Belarus, "Fashion collection" Russia, and "Prestige" France
Decorating a café in Minsk
Having her work exhibited at the ESPACE 22 gallery in Monaco
The encouraging words that continually motivate Volga are the same words she’d like to pass on to you today: “Whatever happens, have faith in tomorrow and believe in yourself and everything you do. ALWAYS.”
